having placed an order. As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a

• Return and Refund

All items can be returned except
earrings.

If the jewelry is not suitable, please contact the service
customer by email: contact@audee.fr , you can send it back to us
to the following address, within 14 days of receipt.

• We will refund you within 7 days of receiving your return.

The jewelry must be in perfect condition, unworn and undamaged. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this requirement is not met.

Items on sale or subject to a commercial offer are neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Even if your jewelry is made of stainless steel, to preserve its shine, rinse it with clean water after exposure, dry it gently with a soft cloth, and store it away from humidity.

Salt water can damage shells and gold finishes over time.
